Seamless interview process and easy communication with recruiter. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. Interviewer was timely, prompt and respectful. The interview was over the phone, which I probably preferred. Meeting over zoom or virtually for the first time can be a bit intimidating if you aren't sure what to expect.
