My resume was submitted and the interview was arranged by a recruiter. I was interviewed by three members of the Market Accounting division at the same time. General atmosphere was formal, but not too serious. They were all friendly.

The process spanned 3 separate interviews. The first was with 3 people at the same time and they were all very nice. The second interview was different. One of the people from the first interview was there along with someone taking notes. Some of the questions were a little odd, but just trying to get a feel for you I think. The third interview was with 2 new people, one at a time. They were all very nice, but to drag out a process with 3 interviews so I had to take suspiciously long lunches from my current job or take time off was a little frustrating in the end.
