Colloquio
There are 2 steps for the position:
1. Personal interview with HR and a director from the department.
2. Assessment center.
The Assessment center includes personal interview, group discussion and role play.
We were 8 and only 3 people can get the position.
Personal tips:
For the group discussion, you need to stand out and try to lead the team.
Since this is a sales position, being charming and confident is really important.
For the role play, you need not only solving the conflicts in a structured way but also show that you are really passionate to solve it.
I was so calm and structured for the role play that they think I am not passionate and qualified enough for the position, although I believe I am fully qualified.
Overall, the atmosphere was friendly but I am not so happy that at the end all candidates got phone calls (including not chosen ones) for suggesting another internal positions and I am the only one who only received auto generated rejection Email.
