The hiring manager reluctantly started the interview by asking me why I applied. When I finished talking about my qualifications and my interest in the company and the role, she said "I'm just not sure about the fit. Everyone is so nice here" implying that I wouldn't fit cause I'm not nice?? I can't believe that she said that. I interviewed with two more of their managers who were slightly more civilized, they all gave me their business cards and said they would get back to me. I quickly followed up with a thank-you email to all three, but never got a response. A very bizarre and appalling experience.
