The final interview with the MD was particularly disappointing. He joined the meeting late, displayed a lack of interest, and frequently interrupted my responses. This unprofessional behaviour left me feeling disrespected and undervalued. Overall, the entire recruitment process was misleading and the company's lack of professionalism is evident.
