I applied on LinkedIn and got call from HR on next day we talked about 30 minutes about my past experiences and projects. Then the second round conducted with Hiring manager and it was setup for 45 minutes with more technical details. Then i tried to get the follow up after 4 days but nobody replied to my emails. This is not professional behavior , even if the interview didn't go well someone should respect the person who put their time and effort for the interview.
