very friendly interviewer, asked about my past job experiences, my strengths and weaknesses, what i know about the company, expected pay. first time coming across a phone call interview too. but he made the entire experience less scary as he went on to talk to me about the job description first and took the lead to tell me more about the role and company.
Online assessment. Everything works fine. Emails sent out early with clear instructions, and directions on how to proceed. Provided sample questions to help me get an idea of how it is going to be like.

Virtual interview, interviewer was late 15 minutes. They talk to me in mandarin before the interview begun.
Did not ask about any technical question even though their requirement listed that they wanted someone technical.
Did not ask much of project management skill.
Overall the interview is quite chill but I did not understand the reason for me being rejected. The HR did not provide an update even though it has been 2 weeks. Asked for an update and the HR sent out a generic email stating that they will not be proceeding.
