I applied for the training program in August 2021, was first given an Alva test on personality and logic ability, followed by HR interview then a short training in IBM mainframe of ca. 20 hours. After that I had a second interview with the hiring managers and it felt very position, they even asked me for reference during the interview. Then it was quite for about a month, the recruiter called me once but I was unfortunately busy and didn't manage to pick up the phone. I phoned back once same day and another time day after but she was persumbly busy. Then I finally managed to get hold of a recruiter and she told me that they have already moved on with other candidates. My references were not contacted
