It was a very easy interview prodded at Nexus house in Crawley. There was a fitness test, driving record check, compliance check. Very helpful staff. They give you an introduction to SECAMB

substations with a variety of themes. themes were : secamb values and how you utilise them. breaking bad news. conflict resolution and a practical assessment - cardiac arrest. Well structured day. Only interviewed by paramedics. there was also a team building exercise and a fitness test.
