1st interview: phone screening with UK-based recruiter, 2nd interview: in-person with hiring manager, 3rd/4th interviews: phone with SMEs. After being told I was one of the top 2 candidates, the recruiter ghosted me, reposted the same position at a much lower (unrealistic) salary, and didn't have the courtesy to contact me directly.
