The process is straightforward, if you trust your language skills and have interest in games it is quiet a simple process .
After the language test you will have a small chat with the Manager, going over your CV and your interests and then you test will be reviewed by a native speaker in the company or from the localisation team. If you pass then they will email back swiftly

An initial 5 mins phone interview. The hiring manager is very nice and her tone makes me feel relaxing. The whole process is short and it is not difficult at all. HR just asked a few questions about my current situation.
