the interview process where smooth regarding the technical and the Hr interview, they give time to reply to each question and where very friendly, the CEO where involved in a part of the interviews himself they gave time on a separate call to answer all my questions and try to clear the gray area that is not clear for me so you can be sure Seitech will do great with this mindset the only drawback it the time taken between my last interview and the job offer was long enough (not there usual case) that i had already landed another job offer with my current employee so it was not ethical for me to leave
