Interview process was well structured. Began with a recruiter screening which lasted about 30 minutes. After that, there was a 30 minute take home assessment regarding attention to detail. The next step was a meeting with an Associate Director, which is where my journey ended. It did not feel like my interviewer was well prepared for our conversation which left me feeling less confident.

Organized, useful, interesting, conducted remotely during pandemic(2020). Candidates introduced to potential coworkers, giving candidates time to consider working conditions and job responsibilities. Interview questions were straightforward and relevant. Interviewers seemed genuinely interested in seeing candidates as potential coworkers.
