The process was very slow, I applied to the position in April, and the final round finished in the middle of June. The first round was a basic HR interview, then I got an online test, it took for me 40 minutes to solve. The second round was with 2 Team-members, they asked some professional questions. The third round was a task, I got a 20+ pages contract, and I needed to answer some questions and initiate some changes in the content of the contract. I got only 10 minutes to read the whole contract, for me, it is very unprofessional, a 20+ pages contract can not be readed and be understand in 10 minutes. They should give a shorter contract or give a couple of days to solve a larger contract. The whole team was a bit arrogant for me, the process was not helpful for the candidate.
