Colloquio
After completing their application and submitting my resume and cover letter I received a call to come in for an interview. Interview consisted of three persons, HR and two managers. Questions were very HR oriented. Very few technical questions were asked and it appears managers had little knowledge of what I was talking about when I gave technical responses. I was over-qualified for the position, I suspect this actually helped with this employer.

There were no difficult or unexpected questions. Most questions were typical HR type questions (strengths, give example a time you had to meet a deadline, etc.). Science related inquired about past experience only. No technical details were asked to attempt to confirm my qualifications.
