I applied online, and got an interview. Before the interview, I had to fill out answers for interview questions. (What’s the point of interview even). There’s no professional questions, or trying to understand the interviewee. They just want an obedient person to abuse. Run! Don’t go there.

Screened by their HR first, had a video call interview, once you pass that screening then interview with lab manager and lab tour. Then they give you an offer. May includes the background checks that takes 2weeks to a month.

Fairly straight forward. Asks you about your previous work experience and how is it like to be work as a lab technician. They ask a lot about your personality and your mindset when approaching the job. Make sure to stay on top of your resume as they will ask you in detail about ur resume.
