I contacted the recruiter who had posted the position on LinkedIn (Project Manager Clinops - Mechelen, Belgium) and after having reviewed my CV she was interested to set up a call. After the call with HR, I was asked to complete 3 types of tests that took up to 4 hours. The HR interview was followed by 2 other interviews. Interviewing process was completed within 1 week period, which was followed by a complete silence of more than 1 month. I even asked the HR for feedback after 3 weeks and she didn't bother to reply. Out of a sudden after more than a month she asks whether I was stills interested on the position and she proposed me to have a 4th interview with the head of Project Management. The next day of the interview she emails me with a positive feedback & saying that they would like to move to the next step and make a salary proposal, for this reason, I had to give them a detailed description of my current salary package. As I am totally against this practice, I refused to provide my current salary information and told them that I am still willing to work with them to find out something that will work for both parties. This was followed by another silence period, to finalize it with a cold email that due to organizational reasons they could no longer offer me the position.
A total waste of my time (4 interviews and 4 hour test) and a really unprofessional HR. This speaks for e real bad management of the company.
