They already told me there would be no work life balance in the first minute of the interview. They were nice and it was one on one. It felt awkward in the first 10 minutes for sure. He asked me a lot of what i do outside of work to help with my stress. That should've been another red flag.

first stage was a phone screen interview by the HR. asked about motivation in applying for the role, past experience and etc.
the next stage was with the hiring manager. get to know each other. discuss the job.
