It was a pretty smooth interview process, but very long for a manager level position. I went through 4 rounds and didn't end up hearing back from the team after the fourth interview. I only heard back that I didn't get the role a few weeks later after sending several emails. The interviews were fairly conversational with a variety of questions asking about my skills/experience, but it seemed like there was a lack of communication between the employees and HR.
