I applied online and received a phone call for a phone interview. I was invited in for a face to face interview and it was a very comfortable conversation. Sadly, I didn't promote myself enough in some key areas, and was unsuccessful in my application. I am so impressed that they called my to tell me the bad news. Too many companies just ghost unsuccessful applicants. I felt valued even though they didn't require me.
