I had a disappointing experience with the recruiting process here. The first time I received an email requesting interview availability, I promptly replied with several time options, but never heard back. The second time, after rescheduling, the recruiter failed to call at the scheduled time and didn’t respond to my follow-up email. Finally, two weeks later, I heard back, and we arranged another interview. Unfortunately, once again, the recruiter was a no-show, with no email or communication to explain. This lack of professionalism and communication throughout the process left a poor impression.
