I was contacted for a phone interview. During the call, I was asked basic questions talking about my experience, etc. When the interviewer was talking about the company and role, she could barely get words out of her mouth and kept repeating herself. She asked me if I had experience with RFP's and I told her I had some previous experience with past jobs. 2 secs later she tells me I was too junior for this role and hung up. This is the worst interview experience I've ever had. Please hire people who know how to conduct proper phone interviews and know how to speak about the company. No wonder there are such bad reviews below!!

Courteous staff. VP and Directors were on time and knowledgeable. Meet with several people in one day but the process flowed smoothly. Interviews were fairly routine but a bit repetative.
