First, contacted by a recruiter and briefly spoke about the position. Second, was invited for a "group interview." Waited in the lobby for about 15 min, then was walked to a room with a few recruiters to answer anymore questions we may have. We were then sent into a room for the formal interview with a hiring manger/recruiter. This lasted about 20-30 min and the interviewer asked some basic questions and went into some more personal questions. When it was time for me to ask a few questions I was given some BS answers. It felt like my questions were answered indirectly and I was still listening to the same "sales pitch" from the phone interview. I didn't expect an offer since I wasn't all that excited to be there for the "career fair" and wasn't feeling 100%. They could have at least offered me a beverage while we waited. I reached out to the recruiter for some additional feedback post-interview and was told its against corporate policies.
