After applying, was contacted via Whatsapp by the recruiter at near midnight, even though I did not specify anywhere in my resume or application my number was available for contact via Whatsapp. After I sent a message, they replied only after more than 24 hours. Scheduled a phone interview at night because the contact was busy for that day. After the phone interview, scheduled a technical interview via Zoom. I joined on time but was told to wait for several minutes as the engineer was busy (only HR and CTO was present on time). After 20 minutes of waiting (showing no appreciation of candidate's time), the HR person came online and began the interview without the engineer. They said he would join later. In the middle of the interview the engineer came and suddenly started asking questions.
