Too many rounds with different people that are not in alignment of what the position is. For an organization that sets HR standards I expected them to be more professional in their processes.

It was a very long interview process. I went through five interviews and visited the office twice. While everyone was very kind throughout, especially the recruiter I worked with, I did feel somewhat dragged along. The feedback I received suggested I was a strong candidate, but after five interviews they ultimately decided I didn’t have enough experience. I didn’t move on to the next stage, which I was told would have been a final written assignment.
