1. Recruiter Screening (30 mins)
2. Hiring manager (30 mins)
3. 3 rounds of panel interviews with recruiter and manager, engineers, product teams. (1h each)
They focus heavily on behavioral questions. First panel interview asks a lot of behavioral questions to find out how you deal with different situations. Engineer interview is on what you have on resume and design questions and one lc medium problem ( don't like how they conduct a coding interview though, should have used a sharing environment like codepath... instead of copy-paste on ide and share screen so wasted sometimes and interviewer should have communicated more). Product team interview is still behavioral questions but more pleasuring since it describes a scenario how they and engineer team work together. Overall, it is a fine experience.

Colloquio
Two to three rounds of interviews. First and/or is mostly conversational. It is about you getting to know the company and them getting to know about you and your profile. In my case, it was the Product manager and the HR and they did not get into much technical details. The last round would be in person and you shall be given a task to nperform.

Colloquio
Nette Atmosphäre und zuerst eine Erklärung des Jobs/Projekts. Dann folgten Fragen zu studium und danach zu eigenen Projekten. Kein Live-Coding, aber tiefgehende technische Fragen. Insgesamt wurde man von 2 Person gleichzeitig interviewt.
