Everything was good but immature HR. In multiple mails, different HR asked me one common question about my salary expectations. After clearing one online technical test and whatsapp video interview, HR insisted me to come malaysia for final technical and HR round at candidate's own cost. As per agreement, Even though interview is not successful; half amount of air-ticket cost will be reimbursed and complete hotel stay will be reimbursed. If candidate is selected then complete amount will be reimbursed. When time came for final HR round after clearing final technical interview, HR asked me again for my expectation and she gives look like I am asking too much and clearly denied that I mentioned the same figure in mails. She was literally offering me 50% what I expected. When I sent her to check here mail, she came back and apologies and give me choice to proceed further or decline the offer. When I demanded complete reimbursement on mail stating I wasted my money because of your misunderstanding, she played her dirty HR cards and copy pasted some common lines from HR bible. She replied back to me saying I was not selected and hence they can not reimbursed the complete amount. I don't know if these are company standards which is into security domain since very long time and expects trust from clients all over the worlds. Company should take this into accountability whatever disaster happened with me. I request everyone whoever is going to onsite face-to-face interview, please be ready to face this unprofessional HR attitude.
