It included: Three exercises in Dart, Open-ended questions related to work experiences (e.g., "Share an example of effective teamwork that you've initiated" or "How did you help a colleague resolve an issue?"), Multiple-choice questions covering theory on Flutter and Dart, 7-8 logic and analysis questions. I completed the assessment on August 10, 2024, and received an automatic confirmation that my answers were successfully submitted for the SIDES assessment. Outcome: Since then, I have lost track of them. I attempted to reach out to the HR representative from the first interview via email and LinkedIn (as well as other team members on LinkedIn), but I have not received any response to date.
