I interviewed with 2 panels of 3 people each. They were informal, but very thorough. Their culture and relationships seem very strong. It is a niche industry that seems to need a lot of onboarding.

Describe a scenario where you were on or leading a team where you were responsible for indirectly managing other members. How did you drive/motivate others to provide timely and quality input?
Thank you for your feedback. It is particularly gratifying to hear that you could "feel" our culture and the strong relationships that we have with one another. These are two of the things that make SIFCO a great place to work!
