I applied for the open position of Human Resources Generalist (hybrid) at the Corvallis SIGA location. I was contacted directly by HR Director [not a recruiter]. First round was with them via Zoom on a Wednesday. Was asked to come on site the next day [Thursday] for another interview. Met with the HR Director again, and the leaving HR Generalist. Also got a tour of their office. The following week [Monday] I met with the Legal Counselor and the CSO of the company, both via Zoom. Wednesday, the HR Director "checked in" to see how the interviews went, via email. Then on Friday I was denied the job.
Overall, the staff were friendly, and seemed like a nice place to work. However, the interview process itself was disorganized, somewhat unclear, and seemed to have been put together on a whim.
