Simple, good interview process with research manager and senior researcher. Two meetings, first introduction, second longer presentation by yourself and manager plus HR questions around personality and response to typical work environment

Colloquio
Sintef energy - gas technology
* 45 days to first interview after the position closed.
* During the first interview, nobody interviewing me had my CV printed and it seems like they barely knew what they were doing in the room with me. One of the managers left in 15 minutes leaving only one unprepared person speaking about sintef in a very unorganized and confusing manner.
* Less than 1 week after, called me for a second interview. Before the second interview, I had to do logic and reasoning tests (tedious, boring and useless tests. For people who have completed PhD is STEM areas, this is a complete waste of time).
* Second interview took 2 hours with 1 recruiter asking me questions about behavior and the other taking infinite notes.
* Checked background with one of the three references they asked.
* Promised to finish the recruiting process two weeks after the last interview. They did not, and after the new year, the recruiter simply disappeared, refusing to answer any emails I sent. It has been nearly 1.5 months without any answer.
Overall: They are very slow, vague and unprofessional

Colloquio
Two interviews. First one was more like your typical job interview
Before the second interview, I did a quick personality test, and was asked to prepare a 15 minute presentation about one of 4 research topics.
