Was first contacted by SITA HR via LinkedIn. After a screening call with the HR, completed three rounds of interview within three weeks. Interview arrangements were prompt, professional and with regular updates by HR. Interviews were first a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager, followed by two Skype calls (with and without video) with the head of function, and an executive level for the function. It took about a month from the first HR contact until the job offer was drawn up, done and facilitated professionally.
