Extremely unprofessional conduct and incompetent management's behavior. They have tried to recruit me for what turned out to be a ghost job. I was contacted by a recruiter in July 2019 and, by the end of August, went through 4 rounds of interviews, including the final one with CIO (which was pretty much a discussion about how we shall work together once I join). Then a recruiter contacted me with Sita's confirmation and a verbal offer. After I asked for a formal one, they simply disappeared. Appears that the finance director didn't understand their own HR processes and procedures. There were no apology or taking any kind of responsibility for wasting 2 months of my job searching time. Just silence. Summarised in one sentence, the whole process felt a lot like high school dating.
