They interviewed me 3 times, first HR, then an intro with the hiring manager and then another detailed round with the hiring manager where I explained how I would do the job. Their feedback to me was positive and they acknowledged that I put in a lot of effort and thought into this. After this, they ghosted me for 3 months despite a reminder from my side and their promise to revert, which they never did. I found out myself that they gave the job to an internal candidate. This internal candidate has worked in a different capacity with the hiring manager's boss before, so the selection is fishy. When I called them out on their ghosting behaviour, wasting my time and causing me undue stress from the long wait and just forget about me, they apologise, say that "we have a great culture", maintain that feedback on me was overwhelmingly positive, but offer no other detail for why they look overlooked my candidature. These are an unprofessional bunch of time wasters with no regard for a candidate's time. Avoid this company.
