At this stage, our conversations are focused on candidate skills and potential experience/culture alignment, which is a core part of how we grow our team. Broader topics such as product-market fit or enterprise strategy are important to us, but they typically come later in the process. We’d also like to clarify that there have been no layoffs this year.
