Simple and flexible. Had about 10 questions, and last about 15 mins. CEO was the one who interviewed me. I was given plenty of time to answer, and I had the opportunity to select a timeslot from his available time slots.

Most important question was "describe your self in one sentence". After the interview CEO told me that he's been asking the same question from many candidates and some candidates had more than one sentence in the answer
