Phone interview first, then in person interview. The company will cover the transportation cost if not local. There will be a site tour during the interview. Be prepare in advance on the company background and some behavior questions.

Difficult and mentally challenging. Requires up to 3 stages. 1-group dynamics where you are tested in groups. You have group activities and is watched. After group activities you have group interview and you eliminate your own group-mates. At this stage, be selfish and think of yourself. You want this job as much as they do. 2-individual interview. Only selected individuals after the group stage make it here. This is where technical & personality questions are asked. Be prepared. 3-managerial stage iv. Didn’t made it to this stage
