We were shortlisted after aptitude test which consisted of logical, reasoning, OOPS, DBMS. Those who were shortlisted got a call for Communication Skills Test, after that again shortlisted people from Comm. Skills Test got a call for Technical Round 1 which was completely telephonic interview. Those who cleared Tech Round 1 were called at SLB office in Pune for further process. At the SLB office there were 4 more rounds waiting for us. 1. Technical Round 2 (Face2Face) 2. Hiring Manager Round 3. HR 4. Final Round Round 1,2,4 were almost same.
