Got selected through a recruitment agency. Had a phone interview with the agency, got selected.
First interview with immediate reporting person in charge - technical.
Second interview with senior managers - personality check.
Third interview - was get to know chat with the GM and to explain my pay package.

Didn't find any difficult questions, I was being interviewed for a fresh grad's position (absolute basic job).
