Sent my CV to a recruiter through mi unversity page. A few days later, got an Skype interview. A week later was sent to a base for 3 days with 14 other candidates and there we had some practical exercises about pipelines and assembling and some written tests as well. The 2 nights we were there we didn´t sleep until 3:30am and had to get up at 7am. Really hard physical challenge. A whole lot of pressure and stress is applied while the activities, managers shouting you hostile things to see if you crack. Challenging experience but necessary to know if you really want a field job.
