I took the campus recruitment program which is held annually in Indonesian University (ITB,UI,UGM and others). after finishing first day screening which consists of 3 parts (30 sec interview, Aptitude Test, and FGD) i proceed to the HR interview the next week and still waiting for the User Interview.

30 sec interview was a hardest part, they pick a random card with a picture on it. We were given a tight time to explain about the thing on the card and finished it without having a feedback from the interviewer.

3 Mins Interview to "Vibe Check" and test your english, then HR Interview, then User Interview. In my opinion, it's better to be as natural as possible, but prepare your technical knowledge and professional attitude.
Muito dificil porque são várias fases, mas é um processo muito completo. Passamos por entrevista em inglês, entrevista com os gerentes de cada área e também fizemos prova prática, onde montamos ferramentas.
I was contacted by an external recruiter. The process consisted of multiple rounds. First a general phone interview with the external recruiter followed by a round of tests online via a video call together with other candidates. This online day covered topics such as maths, phyiscs, logics and a presentation about yourself. The last round was a final interview. The process took multiple months.
