The first interview on campus with one recruiter. That interview was very relaxed, asking standard behavioral questions. Then for the second interview I was flown out to Houston for a weekend with about 20 other students. The first day we were taken on a tour of one of their lower volume facilities and then taken out to a networking dinner where most of the people there would be interviewing us the next day. The next morning we had 3 different interviews with 2 employees at a time and then a presentation of ourselves to 4 employees and 3 other interviewees. We heard back about a month later whether or not we got the job.

1-1 interview. Characteristic questions and one technical. I was asked if given a certain situation, how would I handle it. A technical question was also asked in regards to gas compression systems.
