The campus recruitment for internship was done through three screening stages. The first was a CV based screening. Then the candidates were required to sit for a group discussion followed by group activity and then finally the personal interview. The topic for the group discussion is usually very abstract. Those candidates who spoke assertively or brought in new dimensions to the discussion moved ahead in the screening process. The personal interview was more or less HR based. Both the technical questions and HR questions were based on what one wrote in one's CV, with focus on testing a candidate's leadership skills.

Good and welcoming interview. I did a presentation on my projects and about myself. Got asked a few technical questions. Everyone was welcoming. It was easy and to the point
