Application was online. After several attempts I was called to a selection process. Firsly, a phone called took place by the sales manager. In this stage the questions were about my sales background and what do I know about Schlumberger's segments. The second meeting was with the operational manager. In this part of the process the interview was related how well I know the clients and their expectations.

Very straight can be better by having 2 rounds per interview. Phone call, Skill test then group activity and then panel interview. From phone call to the final interview it took more than 6 weeks.
