Group Interview - teamwork based activities, segment presentation, and tour of frac site. (Pre-Covid). Final Exit interview where you choose preferred segment and why. Mostly to gauge how you deal with pressure/stress, problem solving and are able to think on the spot. Recruiters were cool and easygoing. Encouraged to ask questions/speak up. They valued you being upfront if you didn’t know the answer to a question but still offer some type of idea for a solution. Received offer ~3 weeks after second round interviews.

3 Mins Interview to "Vibe Check" and test your english, then HR Interview, then User Interview. In my opinion, it's better to be as natural as possible, but prepare your technical knowledge and professional attitude.
