After a month applying, suddenly Schlumberger called for an interview. She asked me for 15-20 minutes to conduct the interview. The question asked is the common one like introduce yourself, strength, weakness, what you know about Schlumberger, and technical question about data and database. Phone call interview is the first phase. If you passed then you will have an interview with the hiring manager.
