I've being interviewed by two person which are the HR Manager and the Dept Manager. The whole session of the interview is the dept manager asking more question that are not related with my experience or the job scope at all. The dept manager comes off a little bit of conceited person. I'm even being deny to ask a question to the interviewer.

first a group assesment with a case to discuss with others, then I recieved a call for an interview with the manager, next was background check and finally i had to take extensive medical exams
