It was a 2-day event in Houston. The first night was dinner and presentations by staff in a variety of roles. The second day was a presentation on a topic of your choice and then 2 rounds of 2-on-1 interviews with an in-depth resume review.

Initial interviews with the team and screening with HR was pretty laid straightforward and open. Third and final interview was with process engineers and process team where you had to present a ppt with your experiences and introduce yourself. That went well. Interview felt stunted and it felt like I was being interrogated, instead of allowing a conversation to flow and ask questions.
