Two rounds. One with hiring manager virtually. Second with the business line head from abroard and a colleague from another department in-person. The process takes about 2-3 weeks before hearing back, They mainly ask behavioral questions with some technical financial situations.

Initial interview : starts with a very standardized question of introducing yourself, before going over key elements which were mentioned in the the resume. Followed up by a more descriptive question which asked about certain soft skills which were mentioned in the the resume and how they have been previously utilized in real life scenarios. (for example : describe and instance were you have worked in a team and what were some issues which were faced)
