A technical interview evaluates candidates through coding challenges, algorithmic problems, and system design tasks, assessing their problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and ability to design scalable systems. It typically includes a resume review and discussion of past projects.
Core and HR interview about manufacturing processes, design area, stress analysis, about the stresses on beams, columns, design softwares like AutoCAD, Inventor ,Ansys,then the questions about properties of metals like steel, iron,etc.
It wasn't too good. It had a lot of politics.
It was full of personal questions. It doesn't seem to be an interview for a company and that wasn't a technical round for sure.
